Installation process if of 3 working day for which customer needs to submit their govt. authorized documents.

Usually installation takes 1-3 day, however it can be early according to the customer requirements.

customers will be provided an option to login in their my account section available on our website and My Fusionnet Broadband App by which they can have an access of their account status like payment history, plan details, usage details, invoice & bill statements etc.

Customers need to contact customer care to raise the concern, also they need to share the transaction screenshot via email. Meanwhile at the same time of intimation based on a few clauses our team will activate the connection free of cost for 1 day to avoid further inconvenience.

1. Check whether the wireless router is on/off.
2. Check whether WAN LED (Internet or Globe LED) is blinking or not, if not then re-insert the Ethernet cable at WAN port. If still no LED then please call our customer care.
3. If the WAN LED is there and the internet is not working then power off the router for 5-10 minutes and then switch it on.

1. In case of Wi-Fi connectivity, please check the stability of signal strength, if the signal is weak then check the speed of the nearby router via http://fusionnet.speedtest.net/ on laptop.
2. If you are a VPN user then disconnect the VPN and check your speed via http://fusionnet.speedtest.net/
3. If the speed is still less than committed then please call our customer care.

1. Check whether the wireless router power is stable or not.
2. Check for any loose connectivity or loose connector on WAN port of the wireless router. If yes then please call our customer care.
3. In case of Wi-Fi connectivity, please check the stability of signal strength, if the signal is weak then check the connection nearby your wireless router.
4. For better observation, please check your connection on wired connectivity on your laptop after connecting from the LAN port of the wireless router.

1. THROUGH OUR WEBSITE:

1- Visit to our website which is www.fusionnet.in or visit on direct Payment Link- https://myaccount.fusionnet.in/customer/quickpay.aspx
2- After that click on “MY ACCOUNT” option available on the top right side.
3- By going to my account option you need to type your registered mobile number and your default password is “fusionnet” (lowercase).
4- Click on the “Pay” option available in red color, which is with the wallet balance option.
5- After that there will be an option named "top up wallet balance”.
6. Enter the desired amount you wish to pay and double click on the option says - “click here to top up wallet balance”
7- Once done, the page will be redirected to the payment gateway to make the payment with available payment modes.
8. Enter the required account details and follow the further procedures for a successful transaction.

2.THROUGH OUR FUSIONNET APPLICATION:

1.Kindly download “My Fusionnet Broadband” application from play store or app store.
2. Open the application and login using your Registered mobile number & Password. The default password would be “fusionnet” (in lowercase)
3. Also, you can use the option of OTP (one time password) to login in a mobile application.
4. After successful login kindly click on the “Quick Pay” option available on the left-hand side to make the payment and follow further procedures.

3. THROUGH ANY PAYMENT APPLICATION:

1.Kindly download Paytm application from play store or app store.
2. Open the application and select the Broadband option, then select Fusionnet. Enter your customer ID.
3. After that you will be able view account credentials with the payable amount.
4. If you wish to pay the desired amount then edit the amount else proceed further by clicking on “pay” option and follow recharge procedures and instructions.

No, the amount is non-refundable in case of customer side cancellation as we provide prepaid services.

Connection shifting is only possible where Fusionnet services are available, Shifting is free of cost and to process this request customers need to share relevant govt. authorized address proof of the new location which contains the name of the account holder.
